All Alshitask plans include boards, assignments, notes, timeline, unlimited resource records and diagram nodes. Organize documents, images, searchable project files, and project tools alongside your work.
Storage is pooled across all projects, documents, images, and task attachments in your organization. Extra users do not add storage. Originals, retained revisions, and trash count; generated previews and search indexes do not. Revisions and trash are kept for 30 days. MB and GB use decimal units. Enterprise allowances are agreed explicitly by contract.
Pro includes one shared Computer for $200/month and $50 of AI usage each month, with no rollover. You can also connect your own OpenAI account. Owners and administrators manage subscriptions through Organization Billing. Computer access is granted to trusted teammates. Backups are not included.
