Plus Plan Agreement

Alshival Workspace Plus — plan version 4, agreement revision 1.

Price: USD 20.00 per workspace per month. Continuing to payment accepts this agreement and authorizes the displayed recurring monthly charges. Applicable taxes and the payment total are shown by Stripe before payment.

Includes project collaboration and API & MCP access: 500 project resources, 150000 operations per month, 8 external connections, 35 operations per second per workspace and 12 per second per key. Limits are shared by workspace members. These are hard caps; there are no automatic overage charges.

Includes one project board and 500 portal Alshival requests per workspace per UTC day, shared by members. External agents use the separate API/MCP allowance. Bring-your-own-provider Neural Labs requests are billed separately by the provider.

Cloud Logs includes 20 GiB of monthly ingestion and 50 GiB of retained storage.

Paid plans renew monthly. You can cancel renewal in workspace plan management; paid access continues through the paid-through date, then returns to Free. Paid upgrades are prorated for the remaining period. Downgrades take effect at renewal, with no charge today.

You must be authorized to manage billing for the workspace. Payment acceptance and agreement acceptance are separate: continuing records your agreement; access changes only after the required payment is confirmed.

Your workspace remains subject to its current plan limits.
